Dede uses this toy for the doggies to have time busy licking their favorite peanut butter from the inside.  You can also put a treat inside and the pet will have time to work it out flipping the toy around.  Always watch your pet with any toy and be sure they don't tear the toy up when not in use.  Dede recommends putting the toy up after use everytime.  Monitored pet chew helps teething and gives older pets something to chew on that are less likely to tear up and eat.  But, ALWAYS watch your pet, every toy is breakable.
