XXS is 11.5 wide with velcro to adjust / 8.5 neck with velcro.
XS 13.5" wide with velcro to adjust / 10" neck with velcro.
Small 16.5" wide with velcro to adjust / 11.5" - 12" neck with velcro.
Med 17" wide with velcro to adjust / 12-13" neck with velcro.
