How I Groom:
 I offer one-on-one grooms. 

I work on one pet at a time. Recorded or Aired LIVE on my YouTube Channel. 

I specialize in senior, hard to handle, aggressive, & disabled pets. 

In 2025 I am only MOBILE grooming.  We do not have a store location where grooming is set up. 

Due to our schedule, arrival times range and you will receive an arrival window.  For example "arrival between 12-3pm" you will want to make sure someone is there as early as 12pm or as late as 3pm. 

If you do not give at least a 24-hour cancellation for any appointment, there is a 50% fee of estimate cost of services.

Groom times are by appointment only am- pm 7 days a week depending on my availability.

It takes about 7 days to get an appointment.

I don't believe in caging any pets for many hours. 

I don't cage dry pets; research the temperature of a kennel with a cage dryer on it.

If a dog hates hand blow drying I prefer the dog not undergo force drying in a kennel or by hand causing fear and trauma, I rather the pet air dry.  

I take my business & the care of your pets VERY Seriously. 

I value your time and my own.

Pet parents are the best advocate for the dog or cat he or she owns therefore I allow their help when needed and allow you to watch while I film LIVE.  You should always be able to watch what is happening to your fur family and anyone else you love from your senior family members to your kids.  I just wish that opportunity existed outside my business! ​

All appointments require a credit card hold and sometimes if you're a new client, I may have you prepay for the appointment via venmo or cash app, paypal, zelle, or by invoice.

If so, your estimate, plus tax and fees will be sent to you to pay, this grand total may

change on site depending on what happens in our findings and the experience with the pet.  The pet behaves different on a table with a stranger than at home with you the owner.

FEES

(I wish I didn't have to have fees. It took 10 years and a lot of time lost to realize my value and now I MUST follow through on the fees).

1) If client is not home and runs 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment $25, if in 15 minutes no one arrives the 50% fee applies and groomer does not have to wait.

2) Flea Charges START at $75 see below for thorough explanation

3) 100% fee of services rendered for no one home on the day of the appointment

4) 50% fee of services to be rendered if client does not give 72 hour cancellation notice  

72 HOUR CANCELLATION REQUIRED

5) $1 per minute petsitting charge if you leave your pet in pet groomers care after pet grooming completion, staring at the 10 minute mark of notifying owner pet is completed. 

6) Pets that are AGGRESSIVE, MATTED, DISABLED, & SENIOR may incur additional cost based off their needs. 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS TO COME IN FOR GROOMING:
1) Pets MUST be current on VACCINATIONS

(CANINE: rabies, DHPP (meaning distemper & parvo),.  FELINE: Rabies & Feline Distemper (FHCPCh, FeLV)

If you have an elderly dog, I agree, there are waivers I do, we need to talk on this.

 

HOW TO GET PROOF TO ME

1) You text me a photo of the vaccinations. 

2) You text me your name, your pets name, your phone number on file with your Veterinarian, and your Veterinarians phone number.  It can take up to 3 days this way, but I can call your vet.

NO TOLERANCE RULES

If you do a no call no show we will charge the fees. We are very understanding with emergencies, so if you call us to rebook for a 2nd attempt we will request payment in advance. If client doesn't book within 30 days from that deposit received, no refunds are made and client forfeits their deposit of payment in advance. 

 

AGGRESSIVE & HARD TO HANDLE ANIMALS

Let's really talk about this.  I don't think most people understand.  If YOUR pet is going to bite during grooming, this is aggression.  If YOUR pet is aggressive, the dangers of doing a full body hair cut increases for the pet and for the groomer.  MOST groomers do NOT want to have a hand or face injury from their career.  It can be the end of his/her career.  When it comes to Aggressive dog grooming, I do them.  The cost is higher.  Average starting rate is $400.  WHY!?  Because you are calling the best! I mean I will do whatever I can do to help you and your pet including put myself in this predicament for the sake of the pets rehabilitation and to accomplish a hair cut.  I believe every pet deserves an opportunity for a groom; a haircut.  How can humans who harm your pet, get to harm your pet for so long, until that animal is so traumatized that he or she won't let someone touch them anymore and then the people that harmed your pet ban you or ask you to leave.  I am not gonna do that.  I am going to use you to help me help your pet and we are going to get moving forward.  When someone is working with your pet and not causing harm, it's the only way to move forward from the trauma. And guess what, I get to let you watch and or help or both!   

 I might get injured, the pet might injure itself, and I am one of very few groomers that will let you handle your pet during the grooming.  A groomer needs to do the full hair cut, if possible.  Holding an aggressive dog and managing to groom the pet is nearly impossible and unsafe.  WHOM better to have then the pets OWN pet parent. 

The Pet KNOWS YOU!  I am usually a last resort to a senior aggressive pet.  If you have been sedating your pet for years or maybe just a few times and you see your pet suffering when he/she comes home, not himself/herself, mopy, etc.  You personally see the affects of sedated grooming and you know it's just a matter of time that your beloved furbaby might not come out of sedation the same pet, then I am an option for your pets grooming.  It's a tough choice.  But, understand, the amount you'll pay for pet grooming with sedation can be about the same amount for grooming alone since there is so much danger and so much as risk for the groomer.  On top of that, in almost EVERY aggressive dog groom I do, it's RARE for me to knick or cause injury and I have groomed some severely mean dogs over the last 22 years.  The expertise of someone willing and able to groom your aggressive dog is essential!  From poking an eye out to slicing an ear, there are MANY dangers in grooming, especially adding aggression, rapid flicking to bite the groomer, swinging back to bite a groomers face, sudden jolts and jumps while having scissors in ones hand.... all that you'll have to see face to face to understand the difficulties.  I have been a #1 referral from more than 100 Veterinarian Clinics and multiple groomers in the DFW Metroplex.  Your appointment will be booked and we will groom quickly and we may skip blow drying as needed.  This reduces stress on the already aggressive animal.

Now lets touch base on AGGRESSIVE OR HARD TO HANDLE DOGS FOR NAIL TRIMMING!

For ten years + every weekend of my life, and add some random art shows, farmers markets, tractor supplies, feed stores, marshal grains, and other events in between, I worked doing dog and cat nail trim, ear cleaning, internal anal gland expressions from 730 amd - 5pm, in the hot Texas heat to the cold winter days.  I taught myself how to do a dogs nail trim without hitting the quick / vein! I am Really Good at this! So, when it comes to every outdoor dog and wild pit and mean great pyranees, I mean I have seen it ALL! I have tricks up my sleeve on doing a dogs nail trim without sedation.  But, I have learned, exercise is key! LITERALLY! With mean, reactive, matted, mean, blind and more, dogs that have a tendency to jump, scream, act wild, disobey, over hyper, biters, attackers, all do better when they have had at least 30 minutes walk immediately before services rendered.  I mean this! Walk daily.  Dogs need walking.  They might need running.  Using a leash and collar NOT A HARNESS! I SAID, NOT A HARNESS, is going to help a 1000 percent! If you have a very old dog, and or a disabled dog, maybe then, this may not pertain to you, but I can show you some videos of really old dogs that can still walk that needed to be walked before all the attacks that happened on my grooming table.  If you know your dog or need to consult a veterinarian before exercise, do so, I can't take responsibility for recommending exercise and not receiving all the information I need.  You have to have due diligence in your research.  Because if you are reading this right now, you are needing someone that knows what he or she is doing and someone that is experienced.  That is ME! I prefer to have clients for life rather than one client once a year.  Let's start that relationship now!

Lastly, I called to have a plumber come to my house to install a sink faucet, I had the faucet and had all the hoses and pvc pipe.  The job took 30 minutes.  It was over $425.  I couldn't justify it! I was disappointed.  Meaning, this person doesn't even have to get hurt, get bit, try not to hurt an animal, doesn't even have to be gentle but firm, he or she just needs to know how to cut dry wall, and screw some pipes together, they need a permit, education, but they don't have to consider the harm or pain they can inflict on the pet or the pet can inflict on them.  So, when you compare me or my prices, know that it's taken 22 years to get where I am at and I have accomplished so many aggressive dog and cat grooms and nail trims that no one else could even comprehend.  I love what I do and I don't give up easy.  If you help me help your pet with you, we can do this!
